Handwritten letter in pencil reads as follows:

To whom it may concern, I looked at Patey's arm this morning and I noticed her arm where she was vaccinated was red and had a scab on it. I have followed directions given to me. I wish you would have the nurse look at it. Thanking you. [Signed] Mrs. E. R. Moore.

Scrapbook has been unbound and the majority of the pictures and papers glued to its pages have been separated, leaving only handwritten annotations to suggest what was once on each page. Few materials, including photographs, remain on the pages they were originally adhered to. ; varied.
