Scope and Contents
Black and white photo of three teenagers and 2 men gathered at a table. All three teenagers are students of Central High School in St. Paul. One of the adults is identified as Lowell Weber, a former assistant to the president of Hamline University. The other adult was a former associate director of St. Paul's Urban League. The three teenagers have been identified, left to right, as Nuechterlein, Carmen Allison, and Phil Rogers.
