Whereas, the Authority, acting pursuant to the provisions of the Public Law 171, 81st Congress of the United States of America, as amended, and pursant to Chapter 487, Laws of Minnesota, 1947, as amended, duly adopted the Redevelopment Plan for the Summit-University Neighborhood Development Project, Minn A-1-1, on August 15, 1973, by its Resolution Number 73-8/15-9, which plan was approved by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, on August 21, 1973, by its Resolution Council File Number 261921, and is now lawfully in effect in said City and State providing for the acquisition and sale of said Project Area for redevelopment in accordance with wide Plan [...]
