Booklet contains information regarding settlement houses in St. Paul, MN, with particular regard to these five: Merriam Park Community Center, at 2000 St. Anthony Ave; Capitol Community Services, 741 Holly Ave; Old Neighborhood House, 229 E. Indiana Ave; Merrick Community Center, 715 Edgerton St.; and Hallie Q. Brown Community House, 553 Aurora Ave. These organizations operated as fellow members of the National Federation of Settlements and Neighborhood Centers. Booklet describes why these organizations were formed and how they serve their targeted communities.
