Primary Department Promotion Certificate. This certifies that John Twiggs is hereby promoted from the Primary Department to the Primary Department of the Pilgrim Baptist Sunday School of Pilgrim Baptist Church.

Paper document has a one inch tear on the left side and a large crease down the center. Edges are slightly bent. Water damage present across the face of the document.
