Minnesota's state capitol building proved as interesting to St. Paul young people from the Hallie Q. Brown community house, 553 Aurora ave., Saturday as it did to their out-of-town visitor, Frances Alexander of Sioux City, Iowa. Shown studying a map of the building are, left to right, Elmer Morris, Miss Alexander, William F. (Billy) Williams, executive aide to Gov. Thye, and William Goins.

From the Collection: 1.52 Linear Feet ((1 container) Unbound scrapbook made of paper and cardboard contains newspaper clippings, correspondence and black and white photographs.) : Original order for this scrapbook has been mostly destroyed. Scrapbook has been unbound and the majority of the pictures and papers glued to its pages have been separated, leaving only handwritten annotations to suggest what was once on each page. Few materials, including photographs, remain on the pages they were originally adhered to. ; varied.
