Newspaper clipping reads as follows:

John G. Rockwell, state commissioner of education, will be one of the speakers at the institute for nursery school and parent education leaders which will be held at the University of Minnesota center for continuation Sunday to Saturday, Jan. 16.
Other speakers will be Mrs. Nan Parker Parks, state supervisor of nursery school classes for PWA; Prof. John Anderson, university insitute of child welfare; Dewey Albinson, state WPA art director; Rose Altschuler, Chicago; C.P. Archer, Moorhead State Teachers' college, Moorhead, Minn., and Prof. George Stoddard, university of Iowa.
Clinics will be held at the university child welfare insitute, the Michael Dowling school and the Lymanhurst clinics, Minneapolis, and the home management house at the university farm school, St. Paul.
