Includes three stapled packet containing the historical lot information of the Hallie Q. Brown Community Center at 270 N. Kent. Packet contains typed and handwritten notation on legal-size paper with embossed seals. And excerpt from the first page describes the land as follows:
Land information includes general description, taxation, possession, and, in some cases, bankruptcy forfeiture.The south 65 feet of lots 29 and 30, and the south 65 feet of the east 9 1/2 feet of lot 28, Block 25, Mackubin and Marshall addition to St. Paul.

Biographical / Historical
This parcel of land was gifted from the United States to William Noot on June 5, 1851. William Noot was a member of the Democratic Party during the Civil War and translated Minnesota Governor Ramsey's first message into German.
