Model Cities is a federally funded program whose purpose is to demonstrate new ways of improving the quality of life in the Model Neighborhood. It is a department of St. Paul City government called CDA (City Demonstration Agency), and has offices located at 165 North Dale Street and 500 Laurel Avenue.
The purpose of this directory is to make our Model Neighborhood aware of various agencies in Model Cities that they will be able to secure help from. Also to inform the neighborhood of our progress.
