Patton, 66, a social worker for the Ramsey County Welfare Board for 35 years, and a prominent community, church and civic figure, were held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at St. James AME Church with burial in Oakland cemetery. Mr. Patton was a trustee and Sunday School teacher of the church.
