In a series of meetings, held over a period of a year and a half, a United Fund study committee reviewed agency requests for building needs totaling 9.8 million USD. They found many buildings in need of repair and modernization.

The booklet identifies serveral agencies serving the Saint Paul area that are in need of funds for projects serving youth.
